Chelsea plan to bid for Tottenham midfielder 

The Blues have prepared to make of £12m for the Tottenham man according to sources

Sources stated that Chelsea fc was keen to make their cavalry even strong by bringing Sandro in the squad. The Blues are desperate to sign another midfielder after the rejection of Tiago by Atletico Madrid .The Tottenham centre midfielder has also showed his interest to join European Champions.
